Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks that may require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and capable of working efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be able to walk as part of their regular tasks and be comfortable sitting for extended periods

- The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player
- The candidates should be able to maintain an organized approach to tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, hoe crops, and pick stones and/or wood from fields
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, examine produce for quality, and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops, and perform vegetable culling
