Over the years, we have grown to become a multi branch, multi talented insurance brokerage serving its clients throughout the Province of Ontario. Salary: $20.88 to $32.97 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: 56 King Street Clinton, ON N0M 1L0
Shifts: Day, 09:00 to 17:00
Work Setting: On-site customer service, Relocation costs not covered by employer
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, also training will be provided to the candidates
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
Insurance experience: Group insurance, Automobile insurance, House insurance, Personal, Tenant insurance, Travel insurance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
- The candidate should required to work under pressure and maintain tight deadlines.
- The candidate should be willing to work in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment and also take initiative
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills, an excellent oral communication and an excellent written communication.
- The candidate should have The candidate should be reliable, judgemental, proactive, quick learner and flexible in nature.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed
- The candidate should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business and individual client markets and also establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment
- The candidate should be able to monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries, provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
- The candidate should be able to sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance
