Josling Farms Inc. is a fourth generation family business. Our company has been known for supplying Loblaw with high quality. We are known to have an extensive pick your own offering. Many of our clients have been coming for many years because of the quality of our vegetables. We buy our products and the customers directly deal with the grower and therefore get the freshest produce possible. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Labourer, Field and Vegetable Crops is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, training will be provided
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Farm truck, Fertilizer applicator, Lift truck, Planting equipment, Tillage equipment, Tractor, Vegetable harvester
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling
- The candidate should be able to work with hand-eye coordination and have the ability to distinguish between colors
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have skills such as Hand harvesting vegetables, Hoeing crops, Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and Stone and/or wood picking
- The candidate should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops also operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
