Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 20 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Richardson, SK
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, own transportation, own vehicle, and public transportation is not available
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat ReaderÂ
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have strong attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a filing system
- The candidate should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
