Salary: $22.50 hourly for 15 to 30 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed

Transportation information: Own transportation and valid driver’s licence. Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Staff accommodation available, office building, rural area, cleaning service company, various locations, and relocation costs not covered by employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, criminal record check, driver’s validity licence check, driving record check (abstract), and reference required

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work independently, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
The candidates should handle repetitive tasks efficiently, manage heavy loads as required, and be physically capable of demanding tasks
The candidates should pay attention to detail, be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods when necessary, ensuring they can fulfill the physical requirements of the role

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handle and report lost and found items
The candidates should be able to pick up debris, empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction with cleanliness and service
