Salary: $30.77 hourly 32 to 40 hours per week

Location: Clearwater, BC

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, recruit and hire staff, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, and conduct training sessions for the team
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for the use of facilities and perform front desk duties as required
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement marketing plans and activities
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, enforce policies and procedures, and address customer complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and actively participate in the development and implementation of business plans
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and organize and maintain inventory
