Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: La Ronge, SK & Prince Albert, SK
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of work experience: Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Correspondence, Financial statements, Invoices, and Reports and records
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Driving record check (abstract)

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information, interview patients to obtain case histories, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, complete insurance and other claim forms, and maintain a filing system
  • The candidates should be able to order supplies and maintain inventory, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
