Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, able to work in wet or damp conditions, and tolerate hot weather
• The candidates should be experienced in harvesting crops
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling repetitive tasks, and adept at handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to manage a large workload, work effectively under pressure, and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be capable of walking for extended periods and able to meet tight deadlines

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform weeding, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and apply the technique of hoeing between rows
