Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask effectively while maintaining organization
  • The candidates should be reliable team players with a focus on the client

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • The candidates should be able to handle telephone calls, electronic inquiries, and greet visitors while directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to manage incoming mail, both physical and electronic, and coordinate the flow of information
