Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and direct staff
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations, open and distribute mail and other materials, and plan and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train staff, and train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to coach, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff
