Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should be organized and demonstrate reliability in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures for effectiveness and suitability for the establishment and establish work priorities to ensure efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities such as scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating meetings, and assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to communicate information effectively within and outside the organization
