Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to delegate work to office support staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services, as well as administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to train staff, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration while planning and controlling budget and expenditures
