Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances, be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities, and exhibit reliability in completing assigned duties

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinate and plan for office services, and assemble data to prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
