Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, and process requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and monitor and evaluate office functions
- The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration
