Location: Stony Mountain, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility
  • The candidates should be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, ensuring work priorities are established and procedures are followed
  • The candidates should be able to carry out various administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies related to record release
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory, and oversee office administrative procedures
