Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety:Â Bondable and Basic security clearance

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
