Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently and pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be efficient in interpersonal skills, be excellent in oral communication, be excellent in written communication and be flexible
  • The candidates should be organized, be reliable, be able to multitask, be able to manage time effectively and be adaptable
  • The candidates should be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to implement and review new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities, co-ordinate office services, and assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and plan and control budgets and expenditures
