Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to have 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience and work a flexible schedule, shift, work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- The candidates should be able to have 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact and build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other leaders to load balance
- The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises and collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach and stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud and work in an environment subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
- The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
