The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Orchard worker is approved by LMIA.

Work Setting: Rural area, Remote location
Work site environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Hot
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis and should have ability to distinguish between colours.
- The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads and physically demanding.
- The candidate should be willing to work in bending, crouching, kneeling, walking position for extended periods of time.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be efficient and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, harvest crops.
- The candidate should examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
