Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as High School Diploma (or equivalent) or higher
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

  • The candidate should not only be great at talking on the phone, but also a friendly, personable, and a natural-born problem solver
  • The candidate should be ready to join a tight-knit team that works closely with one another to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
  • The candidate should be calm and positively handle conversations with real people, all while multitasking efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization’s service standards and also receive and/or place telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • The candidate should be able to answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas and also maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s/assigned client’s products and services.
  • The candidate should be able to analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
