Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of management experience in Manufacturing, Agriculture, Mechanical, or Industrial industries

• The candidates should be able to ensure all safety standards are achieved by all employees
• The candidates should be able to coordinate and schedule crews and equipment to optimize resources in the manufacturing and operation of the company
• The candidates should be able to assist in planning processes and operations and seek out and implement best practices
• The candidates should be able to troubleshoot and mitigate unforeseen problems during manufacturing and processes to minimize financial and scheduling impacts
• The candidates should be able to create an atmosphere of teamwork by communicating and coordinating inter-divisionally
• The candidates should be able to assist in the development of budgets, targets, strategies, and objectives and work towards achieving them
• The candidates should be able to assist in the coordination of maintenance service, marketing, logistics, and operations
• The candidates should be able to manage the manufacturing schedule as well as other department or divisions
