- The candidates should be able to troubleshoot and mitigate unforeseen problems during manufacturing and processes to minimize financial and scheduling impacts
- The candidates should be able to create an atmosphere of teamwork by communicating and coordinating inter-divisionally
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development of budgets, targets, strategies, and objectives and work towards achieving them
- The candidates should be able to assist in the coordination of maintenance service, marketing, logistics, and operations
- The candidates should be able to manage the manufacturing schedule as well as other department or divisions
