Position: Production supervisor – machining

Salary: $35.25 hourly for 36 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Burlington, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people, 5-10 people, and 11-15 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, recommend measures to improve productivity, and resolve work problems while providing technical advice to enhance product quality
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, train or arrange for training, and oversee the safety of operations
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, set up machines and equipment, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
