Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of education in health sciences, business, public administration, nursing, or allied health
Experience: Candidates should have project management experience in a health or social services program delivery context

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of extended periods of time at a desk reading, writing, and communicating using a computer and phone
  • The candidates should have the ability to project manage and produce effective results under tight and changing deadlines
  • The candidates should have analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to approach problems/projects using a logical and systematic approach, and the ability to critically review literature and evidence to formulate appropriate recommendations
  • The candidates should have the ability to identify program deficiencies and respond appropriately and willing to travel to communities

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in quality improvement, including research, planning, analysis, and reporting health indicators and/or performance measures
  • The candidates should have experience presenting to and facilitating groups of stakeholders, and leading committees or meetings while building strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • The candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to share and disseminate information effectively
  • The candidates should have experience with health accreditation processes and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • The candidates should be able to pass an RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check, WHMIS 2015 certification and pass TB Screening
