Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, exhibit reliability, and be team players
  • The candidates should have strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide customer service, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting, and distribute mail
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and calculate billing charges, while providing customer service
