Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Regina, SK
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work while sitting
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication, and be flexible

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide customer service, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to send invoices, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
