Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and obtain/process information for service provision
The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and perform clerical duties such as filing and mail distribution
The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, calculate billing charges, and provide service to persons with disabilities
