Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, assist in surgery and other medical procedures, conduct disease screening, collaborate to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care
- The candidates should be able to deliver health education programs, deliver immunization programs, dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- The candidates should be able to engage in research activities related to nursing, manage home care cases, monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
- The candidates should be able to operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment, participate in community needs assessment and program development
- The candidates should be able to provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to nursing profession and nursing practice
- The candidates should be able to provide nursing care, provide supportive counselling and life skills programming
- The candidates should be able to supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
