Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates must have standard educational qualification such as a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates need 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidate should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- The candidate should be able to conduct performance reviews and recruit, train and supervise staff
- The candidate should be able to cost products and services
- The candidate should be able to organize, maintain inventory and monitor revenues, modify procedures, prices and cost products and services
- The candidate should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidate should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
