MANN BROS MEAT SHOP is a full-service slaughter and processing facility specializing in Chicken, Fish, Lamb and Goat. Salary: $21.90 hourly 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Morning
Transportation information: The candidates should have own transport
Work setting: Retail business
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client focus, reliable, flexible, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
