Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should have a commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
  • The candidates should be able to work weekend shifts (Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday) and all holidays (including Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Boxing Week), until the end of December

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist customers in finding the perfect products for their holiday shopping list as a Retail Sales Associate
  • The candidates should be able to process purchases at checkout and ensure a smooth customer experience as a Customer Service Representative
