Fisherman’s Market is the perfect one-stop shop for all things fish. We sell fresh, frozen, smoked, and salted fish and are a retailer, wholesaler, and exporter. We’re famous around the world for serving delectable live and frozen Atlantic lobster. And we’re involved in every area of the fishing industry, from our boats and purchasing stations right on the dock to hand-filleting over 20,000 pounds of freshly caught fish every day. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to full-time or seasonal employment. The shifts the candidate has to work are Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:
- Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
- Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
- Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to do repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to do handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to do physically demanding
- The candidate should be able to manual dexterity
- The candidate should be able to do attention to detail
- The candidate should be able to hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be able to do Bending, crouching, kneeling
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to transport fish and shellfish to the work area
- The candidate should be able to condition fish filets for wrapping or freezing
- The candidate should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidate should be able to unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport them by hand or forklift truck to the work area
- The candidate should be able to weigh fish or shellfish, record weight, and pack fish in ice
- The candidate should be able to sort fish according to species, weight, and destination
