Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their job duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- The candidates should be able to hire food service staff, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef, have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, and supervise and check the assembly of trays
