Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and have strong attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and establish work schedules
  • The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff
  • The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, prepare and submit reports, and prepare budgets and cost estimates
