Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, hire food service staff, and ensure food service and quality control
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budgets and cost estimates, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
