Salary: $128.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full
Location: 108 TARINGTON WAY,NE Calgary, AB T3J 4V9
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Construction, Renovation, Various locations, Installation, Repair, Service/clean, and Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be capable of working at heights and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be capable of handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be proficient in weight handling, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit punctuality and demonstrate client focus
- The candidates should display flexibility and be organized
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and work effectively as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate professionalism in customer service, determine layout and installation procedures, and document and prepare invoices and work orders
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilize hand and power tools
- The candidates should be able to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and install, repair, and service interior or exterior prefabricated products
