Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to wear many hats, learn quickly, collaborate effectively with partner teams, and provide technical leadership in design discussions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience with front-end technologies including, but not limited to, React or AngularJS, Node.Js, Typescript, HTML, CSS
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on authentication and security
- The candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND have 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; OR possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND have 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in the mentioned languages; OR have equivalent experience
- The candidates should have experience with identity management platforms like Azure Active Directory (AAD) and familiarity with cloud technologies Azure which is highly desirable
- The candidates should exhibit good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be technically efficient, hands-on, detail-oriented, and obsessed with building a world-class resilient Identity and Auth platform. They should also be eager to learn new technologies and work in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment
- The candidates should be able to develop and maintain authentication mechanisms for Microsoft Teams client applications across various platforms (Windows, macOS, Web)
- The candidates should be able to participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions to ensure the quality and reliability of authentication solutions
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to prioritize authentication initiatives and align them with overall product goals
- The candidates should be able to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
