Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be 16 or older in age
- The candidates should be able to lift and carry heavy loads, often up to 50 pounds or more
- The candidates should have the stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks, including pushing carts and stocking shelves for extended periods
- The candidates should possess agility and physical coordination to navigate tight spaces and handle inventory safely
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and accuracy in stocking merchandise
- The candidates should possess customer service skills for assisting customers with inquiries and cart retrieval
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in customer service through the collection of shopping carts from the cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them to a safe storage location using Walmart approved procedures and ensure necessary logs are completed
- The candidates should be able to respond promptly to requests at all registers and safely assist customers with carry-outs or carry-ins while verifying receipts for proof of purchase
- The candidates should be able to follow established guidelines for occasional cleaning and maintenance of the restrooms, handle chemicals, follow correct disposal procedures, and use power equipment, including inspection report completion before use
- The candidates should adhere to safety and emergency procedures, ensuring that guidelines are being followed properly for hazardous communications, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogens
- The candidates should maintain the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk
- The candidates should contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures
- The candidates should promote safety by using personal protective equipment, such as wearing steel-toe footwear and the proper reflective vest during cart collection for visibility
- The candidates should complete safety sweeps as required
