Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should preferably have previous retail/guest services experience
  • The candidates should possess excellent communication skills
  • The candidates should have the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • The candidates should be capable of working retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
  • The candidates should have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • The candidates should be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide a memorable end to their visit by providing personalized service to ensure that they are happy with their experience and have everything they need before they leave the store. This includes checking that they are registered on our customer database to ensure the highest standards of aftercare
  • The candidates should be able to provide product availability information to our employees and customers. Additionally, they will assist with some staff scheduling on an occasional basis
  • The candidates should be able to keep an eye on the shop floor at all times to ensure that all customers are greeted as soon as they arrive and are served as promptly as possible
  • The candidates should be able to use their excellent communication skills to answer the telephone, ensuring prompt, proactive, and professional follow-up. They should also contact customers to inform them about our upcoming events and launches and to schedule them in for consultations
