Education: The candidate requires a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience in the concerned field to apply for the job.
Experience: Around 3 years to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will stock shelves and display areas.
- The candidate will sell merchandise.
- The candidate will operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.
- The candidate will determine staffing requirements; manage staff and assign duties.
- The candidate will plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- The candidate will resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- The candidate will arrange products according to the planogram.
- The candidate will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- The candidate will greet customers.
- The candidate will recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- The candidate will organize and maintain inventory and complete report sheets.
- The candidate should know word processing software, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, electronic cash register, point of sale system, electronic mail, Interac machine.
- The candidate will train, direct and motivate staff and clean the work area.
- The candidate will perform administrative tasks order merchandise.
- The candidate will coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques.
- The candidate will be required to have food safety/handling skills professionalism in customer service.
