Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment
- The candidate should be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, pushing tanks, lifting totes, shoveling
- The candidate should be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive lifting and shoveling
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to fulfill all the COVID-19 regulations requirements
- The candidate should be able to directly help the department to meet targets and goals while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
- The candidate should be dedicated to ensuring food safety procedures are met
- The candidate should be able to maintain productivity that meets/exceeds standards
- The candidate should be dedicated to creating a high quality product that consistently meets product specifications
- The candidate should be able to cut up and Aging Rehang
- The candidate should be able to contribute to the team and the whole facility in a positive way
- The candidate should be able to work well in a team environment and support fellow team members
- The candidate should have good communication skills, able to speak and read English
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to contribute to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety standards
- The candidate should be able to work on the production line to process chicken and turkey
- The candidate should be able to move and lifts skids, tanks, totes and combos
- The candidate should be able to trim and removes bones from product
- The candidate should be able to take action to correct any issues and to make improvements
- The candidate should be able to perform other responsibilities as required
