Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and be able to handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should have hand-eye coordination and be able to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel and have sound discrimination abilities
- The candidates should be available for overtime and be able to sit for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to walk
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
- The candidates should be able to examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
