Travel bookings: Business travel, Leisure travel, Individual travel, Group travel, Domestic travel, International travel, Adventure travel, and Cruise ship

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance, attend to cancellations and schedule changes, and make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized system
  • The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs
