Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, sell travel products and travel insurance, and provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events
- The candidates should be able to attend to cancellations and schedule changes, develop contact lists, and make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system
- The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options, travel costs, and recommend suitable products
