Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, Intermediate, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have four (4) years related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be aware that there will be a physical and written test for this position
  • The candidates should be aware that the qualifications for this position will be assessed using one or more of: written test, oral presentation, interview, or reference checks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of procurement processes
  • The candidates should have experience in warehouse environments, particularly in shipping and receiving, proficiency in SAP, FileNet, and ticketing tools is required
  • The candidates should have strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • The candidates should have knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices
  • The candidates should have the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels and demonstrate a strong professional presence
  • The candidates should have effective communication skills which are required to ensure clients are well-informed of the necessary steps to resolve their issues
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage client and vendor relationships
  • The candidates should be capable of scheduling tasks and setting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should promote and maintain a professional and positive attitude during times of pressure, fostering collaboration between different teams
  • The candidates should have knowledge of software such as FileNet, Assyst, SAP, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook Email
  • The candidates should have knowledge of IT Asset Management, including IT Hardware & Software
  • The candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
  • The candidates should possess the ability to diplomatically deal with internal clients and external sources, such as clients or suppliers

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties such as entering data into the system and maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets
  • The candidates should be able to work with a ticketing tool and update IT tickets
  • The candidates should be able to work under minimal supervision
  • The candidates should be able to have knowledge of procurement processes
  • The candidates should be able to handle tasks related to receipt, disposal, and shipping of IT equipment
  • The candidates should be able to perform duties related to Occupational Health & Safety
  • The candidates should be able to float between office and warehouse environments
  • The candidates should be able to receive incoming orders, process and pack orders, count inventory, execute audits, and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner
  • The candidates should be able to process client requests to purchase hardware and software
  • The candidates should be able to perform warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving goods
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that they and their team are meeting service level objectives
  • The candidates should be able to follow all operational processes including IT tier 1 support processes, asset management processes, incident, change, and problem management processes, etc
  • The candidates should be able to communicate with clients to maximize their service experience
  • The candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, move equipment around, stand for periods of time, bend, stretch, and use a manual pallet jack
