Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to 1 year
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 3-5 years
Supervision: More than 20 people, Shippers and receivers, Transportation route and crew schedulers
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to establish work schedules and procedures also coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- The candidate should be able to prepare and submit reports also ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- The candidate should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work also resolve work related problems
- The candidate should be able to train workers in duties and policies also arrange training for staff
- The candidate should be able to conduct performance reviews also coordinate, assign and review work
- The candidate should be able to take care of requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies also plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
