Salary: $30.00 to $31.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations
  • The candidates should be organized in their tasks and responsibilities and exhibit strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met, and carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
