Shifts: 09:00 to 17:00

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Marketing
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office 

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material
  • The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, arrange for billing for services, and arrange for refunds and credits
  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers, issue receipts and other forms, and maintain records and statistics
  • The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints, receive payments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • The candidates should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information, consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, promote sales to existing clients, and advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
