Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to cut agricultural seed and horticultural crops according to farm standards, engage in seed cutting, and report signs of insect or disease damage
• The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning, write daily basic progress reports, and assist in grafting activities
• The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides, and mix and prepare soils
• The candidates should be able to plant bulbs and seeds, pot and re-pot plants, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and dig up wrapping root balls of trees and shrubs
• The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean the work area
