Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have NLS or Bronze Cross certification
Experience: Candidates should have Previous experience as a lifeguard at a pool facility

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be 19 years of age or older
• The candidates should be willing to work shifts

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have standard CPR and First Aid training

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assume responsibility for the ongoing safety management of Panorama Springs, particularly the large pool and waterslide area and ensure adherence to pool regulation
• The candidates should be able to always be aware of any hazardous or dangerous situations
• The candidates should be able to think quickly and react effectively in crisis or problem situations
• The candidates should be able to work cohesively with other attendants, supervisors, and pool maintenance staff to ensure the proper and safe conduct of all pool users
• The candidates should be able to assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool area, provide clean towels for guests, and aid in the removal of used towels regularly
• The candidates should be able to monitor the Pool Lobby, Locker Rooms, Deck Area for dangerous situations, cleanliness, and potential problems
• The candidates should be able to provide exemplary customer service, be aware of Panorama events, and coordinate and conduct activities as required Hot Pool  and Bingo
• The candidates should be able to follow and adhere to the Opening, Ongoing, and Closing procedures and responsibilities provided during training
• The candidates should be able to perform duties within the Guest Services Department, outside of their regular role
• The candidates should be able to smile, be friendly and animated, love their job, and show it
