Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory control software, MS Office, Internet, and Simply Accounting

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be attentive to detail to ensure precision in their work and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines efficiently
• The candidates should be proficient in weight handling, able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and stand for extended periods as required

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, perform general office duties, and set up displays of retail parts and accessories
• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and maintain records on the inventory control system
• The candidates should be able to prepare and track work orders, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and sell spare and replacement parts
• The candidates should be able to ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment
